Nightmares

It feels weird not writing about this on LiveJournal, but there's kind of a no going back thing happening. I just wish there was a better place than Blogger to do journaling these days. Anyway, yesterday (two nights ago), I had a whole night of nightmares. It was one after the other every 45 minutes or so. A lot of them had to do with my room having multiple ghosts in it, which I confirmed when one of them threw my stuffed tiger back at me when I asked it to (that turned out to be a benevolent ghost, at least). But the one that really stays with me was one in which we were in a kitchen and a group of us were trying to take a selfie. A guy was trying to use his phone to take the photo, but it kept making a tick noise like a metronome, and the screen kept sliding to the side half and inch and going back, like someone was swiping it or it was broken. Fall Falls

I'm glad I posted about some recent wins not long ago because this has been a rough month. Brian fell off the wagon right after we went to visit him. And that trip itself was hell. I have to decide if I'm going to take the Madison job or just move somewhere else. The anxiety is crushing me. I had to tell my bosses what was going on, which was also very stressful because I don't know what I'm doing. And the gossip mill in Milwaukee is just disgusting, especially for an academic division. That shit needs to get curbed. I would have to move to Madison in less than a month. Luckily, Tina is letting me stay with her for a while, but that is its own stress. Moving in temporarily with someone you barely know. You can never get comfortable.
